At The Bunny Hive, we believe in fostering meaningful connections while supporting early childhood development through enriching, play-based experiences. We're looking for someone who loves working with young children and their caregivers and is excited to lead classes that leave families feeling welcomed, connected, and inspired.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, play-based classes for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their caregivers.
- Confidently guide groups through a variety of activities including music, movement, art, sensory play, ballet, culinary exploration, story time, and more.
- Create a warm, welcoming environment where every family feels seen, included, and encouraged.
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and positive energy to every class.
- Build relationships with families and help cultivate the strong sense of community that makes The Bunny Hive special.
- Prepare class materials, maintain a clean and organized studio, and assist with setup and cleanup.
- Support studio events, special programming, and other daily operations as needed.

- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely loves working with children and families.
- A natural leader who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and confidently leading both little ones and adults.
- High-energy, dependable, and able to keep young children engaged through a variety of activities.
- Patient, flexible, and able to adapt when working with infants and toddlers.
- Passionate about early childhood development and building community.
- Organized, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Available to work weekday afternoons after 3pm with occasional mornings and weekends for special events.
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
