Dynamic Repair Planner Opportunity at K-ceps Auto Body, Ohio's Premier Collision Repair Center!

We are experiencing consistent record-breaking sales growth and need a powerhouse Repair Planner (Back-End Estimator / Team Coordinator) to control the repair process, maximize financial accuracy, and drive production flow at our massive, 75,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in Granville, located just east of Columbus.
This is the most critical production role in our shop. We are looking for an assertive, process-driven individual who refuses to settle for partial estimates and understands how to feed modern, AI-driven insurance algorithms with pristine documentation. K-ceps prides itself on holding an impressive 22 OEM Certifications, including exclusive Highline certifications from Audi, Bentley, Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Tesla, Jaguar-Land Rover, Lucid, and Rivian!

Essential Functions:
- 100% Blueprint Accountability: Ensure every vehicle is fully disassembled before the repair plan is finalized; build complete repair plans detailing labor, parts, materials, OEM procedures, and safety systems.
- Insurance Estimate Reconciliation: Review insurance estimates line-by-line against shop estimates to resolve discrepancies in operations, pricing, labor rates, and part types (OEM vs. alternative).
- AI-Aware Estimating Strategy: Write clear line notes, attach supporting photos, and leverage OEM position statements to optimize approvals through carrier AI review systems.
- Production Flow Management: Allocate labor and dispatch work orders to the right technicians at the right time; track and update repair phases in real time via the CCC ONE Dashboard.
- RO Financial Accuracy: Reconcile final repair orders before vehicle delivery to ensure all operations, parts coding, credits, and sublet invoices are fully captured.
- Daily Cadence Execution: Monitor vehicles in disassembly, submit supplements the same day as discovery, and walk the production floor daily to eliminate bottlenecks.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Collision Estimator, Repair Planner, or Blueprinter required.
- Deep knowledge of OEM repair procedures and sourcing methods (CCC ONE, OEM1Stop, I-CAR).
Job Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in CCC ONE estimating and production management modules.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven estimate review systems and algorithm-matching behaviors.
- Excellent written communication skills for comprehensive line-item documentation and supplement justification.
- An assertive, speed-obsessed, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
