Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Miami, OK
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Summary of the Role:
The Production Worker will support daily operations in a blow mold plastics manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on position involving assembling finished products, stacking materials, and assisting with various production needs. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive physical work in a hot manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Twist and secure bottle caps onto finished products.
- Stack and organize finished products for storage or shipment.
- Assist with general production and assembly operations.
- Inspect products for obvious defects or quality concerns.
- Move materials and finished products throughout the production area.
- Keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Assist machine operators and other production team members as needed.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, stack, and move products throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
