DISPATCH ASSISTANT

As a Dispatch Assistant, you'll help manage schedules, support technicians, coordinate customer appointments, maintain ServiceTitan accuracy, and ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do
✔ Support dispatch operations and technician scheduling
✔ Confirm customer appointments and maintain schedule efficiency
✔ Conduct technician debriefs and ensure job documentation is complete
✔ Review ServiceTitan jobs for photos, forms, notes, and follow-up tasks
✔ Assist with maintenance scheduling and outbound customer outreach
✔ Monitor technician progress and help maximize daily productivity
✔ Manage reschedules, schedule changes, and customer communications
✔ Review booking accuracy, job types, campaigns, memberships, and customer information
✔ Help manage jobs on hold and coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and management teams
✔ Maintain accurate customer notes and operational records
✔ Assist with technician timecard and payroll-related reviews
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team first mentality
- Comfortable working with technology and multiple systems
- ServiceTitan experience is a major plus
- Dispatching, scheduling, call center, or administrative experience preferred
