Overview
Working with the neapolitan style pizza is different from any other kind, we really evaluate the role of the pizzaiolo and consider our pizzas the hearth of our kitchen, we are looking for someone who worked in this industry before and that is ready to learn and work with a team. Catering possibilities will be available too.
Responsibilities
- Taking care of the whole pizza preparation process from the dough, to the toppings and baking
- Learning to work with the neapolitan style dough
- Operate efficently with both electric and gas pizza ovens
- Keep the Pizza station clean and refilled
- Be a Team player with the rest of the kitchen crew
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Proven skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Knowledge of catering experience is a plus
