What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and document observed activity according to site guidelines.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor entry and exit activity, observe for unusual conditions, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.

Assist with access control duties, resident interactions, and after-hours concerns while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
