Starting $13 (eligible for raise after 90 days)! We are looking for dependable and energetic individuals to join our teaching team. We would like to bring on a new team member to help in all classrooms in the afternoon/early evenings. You would help cover staff breaks, and assist in all classrooms following all compliance rules and center policies. Must be comfortable holding a 1- teacher ratio to a group of chldren. Ratios vary depending on the children's age. Must understand all ratio guidelines for all ages 6 weeks-12 years old. Start times would vary depending on how many hours you want/need, and you would assist in closing tasks at end of day. Closing time is M- F at 5:30pm. Closing staff should expect to leave no later than 15 minutes past closing time daily. Early childhood center experience is preferred, but not required for floating and assistant staff. Assistant/ Floating Teachers:1 Part-time end time would be around 5:30 M-F. Start time would depend on the daily schedule needs and how many hours staff is looking for. Will likely be between 12-2pm daily for part time staff and between 6:30-10am for staff wanting closer to full-time hours.

- Conform to all state licensing requirements, including background and BCI checks

Full Job Description
We are looking for someone interested in part time or fulltime work with children. This includes helping during naptime, facilitating snack in the classroom, and working in classrooms with children aging from 6 weeks- to up to 12 years old (limited school-agers during school breaks only). Lead positions are full-time and does everything above as well as, is stationed to manage a classroom keeping it functional and organized, manage class rules and behaviors, and create, execute, and document engaging age appropriate lesson plans for their group of students. Assistant staff can be considered for lead positions when available or have goals to work to a lead position.
What you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Available Monday to Friday (no weekends, no nights!)
- Experience working with young children is preferred but not required - we provide excellent training!
