Position Overview:
Are you a bilingual sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping customers protect what matters most? Our State Farm agency is seeking an Account Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish to serve our growing Spanish-speaking customer base.
This is a work-from-home position; however, applicants must live in or near the Fairfield, CT area. The role is posted as hybrid to target local candidates, but day-to-day work will be performed remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers through phone, video, and digital communication
- Educate customers on insurance products and recommend coverage based on their individual needs
- Generate quotes and close new business opportunities
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships
- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Accurately document customer interactions and policy information
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems
- Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain (licensing assistance may be available)
