Senior Inside Sales Specialist (Remote - US Hours)

About the Role:
We are expanding our team and looking for a high-performing Senior Inside Sales
Specialist. This role is strictly for seasoned professionals who possess a deep understanding of the sales funnel, masterful objection-handling skills, and a proven track record of exceeding quotas. You will be responsible for managing high-value leads and driving revenue during peak US business hours. If you are a self-driven closer who thrives under minimal supervision, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach/follow-up to closing the deal.
Engage with high-priority prospects and deliver tailored, impactful sales presentations.
Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, tracking pipeline metrics and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts and overcome market-specific objections.
Required Qualifications
1. Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of direct sales, inside sales, or telesales experience.
2. Schedule: Full-time availability strictly aligned with USA time zones (EST, CST, or PST).
3. Skills: Elite negotiation skills with a deep understanding of psychological triggers in sales.
4. Language: Native-level or flawless professional English (both spoken and written).
5. Environment: A dedicated, distraction-free home office setup with high-speed internet and backup power/internet solutions.
