You might be an experienced dental assistant. Or you might be someone who has never worked in dentistry but knows how to work hard, learn quickly, and take pride in what you do.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with the doctor and team to learn every aspect of being an exceptional dental assistant, including:
- Chairside assisting including sedation
- Room setup and breakdown
- Sterilization and infection control
- Patient communication and comfort
- Digital dentistry and technology
- Radiographs and clinical documentation
- Lab communication and case preparation
- Helping with procedures ranging from routine dentistry to more advanced treatment
- Creating an outstanding patient experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors
Training will be provided.
We are willing to teach the right person the clinical skills. What we cannot teach as easily is work ethic, integrity, attitude, accountability, and the desire to be great.
