DCD Vehicle Corp is a Florida-based manufacturer of Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs) serving a growing national dealer network. Our manufacturing team focuses on efficient production processes, quality control, and continuous operational improvement.
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager to oversee daily factory operations and lead production teams.
Position Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for managing manufacturing operations, production schedules, workforce coordination, and production performance.
This role ensures production targets, product quality, and delivery deadlines are achieved while maintaining cost efficiency and operational safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations and manufacturing workflow
- Coordinate production schedules, workforce allocation, and material availability
- Monitor production line performance and resolve operational issues
- Ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, engineering, and quality teams
- Lead production staff including hiring, training, performance management, and team development
- Promote safety standards, 5S implementation, and standardized production procedures
- Track key production metrics and report performance to senior management
- Identify operational improvements and support manufacturing growth
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing or production management experience
- Experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with production scheduling and manufacturing operations
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Mandarin Chinese and English bilingual communication preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
