Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) – Contract Position
Location: St. Albans Health and Rehabilitation
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a contract assignment at St. Albans Health and Rehabilitation. This role is ideal for an experienced LNA who is passionate about providing quality care and support to residents in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting.
Position Details

- Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Meal Break: 30 minutes
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Start Date: Immediate opening
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist residents with mobility, hygiene, dressing, and comfort needs
- Monitor and communicate changes in residents’ conditions
- Document care activities accurately
- Support nurses and healthcare staff in delivering excellent patient care
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for residents
Requirements
- Active LNA certification
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide compassionate resident-centered care
