Position Overview: Are you ready to step into a role where you can make a real impact? FlagCo is seeking a Beacon Assembly Technician to join our growing team. This isn’t just another job—it’s an opportunity to build a career in a dynamic and customer-focused company. FlagCo is a specialized manufacturer of patented flag and flag pole lighting systems, marketed under the trade name Beacon. Our unique products illuminate flags and enhance their visibility during nighttime hours.
This role reports directly to the Beacon department manager.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver Excellent Service and Products: You will be assisting in the assembling of our innovative pole top lighting systems and solar power packages that power them. This position requires attention to detail and possession of technical skills.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in assembling pole top lighting systems according to specifications.
- Build solar power packages for our lighting systems.
- Work with 12V DC and 110 V AC electrical systems
- Utilize various electric and manual hand tools
- Assemble aluminum components using rivets, screws, and bolts.
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure product excellence
- Experience in assembling metal parts using various fastening methods
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver up to forty pounds
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Have a desire to maintain a clean work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
