Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to join our memory care team! In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents with memory challenges, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This is a meaningful position where every day you help residents live with dignity, joy, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional health to the nursing team
- Administer medications under supervision
- Prepare and serve meals as scheduled
- Support residents with memory care needs in a patient, compassionate, and respectful manner
- Encourage social interaction, participation in activities, and engagement in daily routines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Current CNA certification in the state of Minnesota
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and ADLs
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Preferred:
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, or long-term care
- CPR/First Aid certification

Compensation
- Starting pay: $19–$23/hour depending on experience
