Member Development Associate
Pay: $20.00
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30-5:00
Work Location: This position is primarily on-site, but employees must have a dedicated space at home for a remote work set-up to be used on a rotating basis.

At Liberty HealthShare, we're looking for an enthusiastic Member Development Associate to support our growing Member Development team. This role combines relationship-building, outreach, marketing support, and member engagement to help us connect with prospective members and strengthen our existing member community.

Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
· Connect with prospective members through phone, text, and outreach campaigns.
· Re-engage potential members who may have lost touch with us and help rekindle their interest.
· Coordinate appointments between prospects and our Member Development team.
· Assist applicants throughout the enrollment process.
· Support targeted retention and member engagement campaigns.
· Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Member Development teams on strategic outreach initiatives.
· Research new opportunities to expand awareness of Liberty HealthShare in local communities and key demographic groups.
· Help coordinate member interviews, testimonials, photo shoots, and special marketing projects.
· Represent Liberty HealthShare at community events and assist with expanding our outreach efforts.

· High School Diploma or GED Required
· Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
