Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine casual dining, possess exceptional customer service skills while crafting a variety of beverages. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Manage inventory levels of bar supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible service of alcohol, adhering to all local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.

Qualifications
- Bartending experience
