Force Building Services is actively hiring Commercial Electrical & Low-Voltage Technicians to support projects in commercial and industrial environments nationwide. Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical and low-voltage systems

Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective repairs safely and efficiently

Work with systems including (but not limited to):
– Low-voltage power and control wiring
– Data, communication, and signaling systems
– Industrial equipment, motors, panels, and lighting
– Access control, sensors, controls, and related infrastructure -
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and job specifications

Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime

Ensure all work complies with applicable safety standards (NEC, OSHA, site-specific requirements)

Coordinate with project leadership, field technicians, and support teams

Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job progress

Requirements:

Willingness to travel within the state and/or region
-
Out-of-state travel opportunities available depending on project needs

Travel time, lodging, and per diem provided per company policy (where applicable)

Licensed electricians OR experienced low-voltage / electrical technicians

Commercial or industrial field experience strongly preferred

Experience with low-voltage systems does NOT require a full electrical license

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working in active job sites, warehouses, or industrial environments

Willingness to travel when required (paid travel and per diem provided)
