Union Savings Bank is looking for an Operations Manager for our Centerville branch.
Purpose of Role
The purpose of the Operations Manager is to manage and support the operations teams for the Lending department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the processing team, from loan setup through closing and funding

Act as liaison between sales, processing and underwriting teams

Coordinate scheduling with support staff

Hire personnel as needed

Work closely with underwriters and pipeline manager to ensure contract dates are met

Ensure that setup and closing department’s disclosing procedures remain compliant
Education and Experience

Minimum 5 years of residential loan processing experience

Solid background and understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines

Management experience preferred
