What You’ll Do
As a Diesel Mechanic / Service Technician at Bobcat of North Texas, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' machines perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing Bobcat equipment.
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance services.
- Troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Conducting advanced diagnostics using cutting-edge tools and software.
- Ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards and safety guidelines.
- Documenting all repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims accurately.
- Collaborating with a talented team of mechanics to deliver exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with a combination of technical skills and experience who are looking for a place to call home:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in repairing and maintaining diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Diagnostic Skills: Experience using advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to complete repairs to manufacturer standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Experience:
2 year technical school graduate preferred
3-year fleet or dealership experience in a diesel shop helpful
Heavy equipment and or agricultural experience is a plus
