Tempstar Staffing is seeking dependable and skilled individuals with hands-on facility maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Light construction
- Perform routine concrete/blacktop repairs on the grounds
- Painting and wood working
- Floor tile and/or carpet installation
- Duties as assigned or emergency tasks (shoveling/plowing snow)
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
- Provide technical support during field service operations as required.
Required skills:
- Proven experience as a handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Good communication
- Well-organized
- Adept problem-solving
- Attention to detail
