Position: Director (RN) Case Management
Location: Missoula, MT (On-site)
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 + $20,000 Sign-on Bonus (2-year commitment) + Partial Relocation Assistance
Key Requirements:
- Current or eligible Montana RN License
- Bachelor's degree (MSN/MBA/Healthcare Administration preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of Hospital Case Management Leadership experience
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- 2–5+ years of Hospital Case Management leadership
- Extensive leadership experience in hospital case management
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the hospital Case Management department
- Ensure quality patient care, discharge planning, and care coordination
- Mentor and support nursing staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
