Full-time or Part-time Hair Stylist. High Volume Salon, Flexible Hours, Established Customer Base for a mature salon with repeat customers.
We are the top 5% of 150 Great Clips salons in the Greater Philadelphia and Baltimore markets. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "Effective Wage" in the market (base wage, product commissions and tips).
Last week our Hair Stylists' average effective wage was $40.10. No one in my company earns less than $30/hour in total.
Must have a valid active Maryland Cosmetology or Barber License.

- We primarily offer haircuts and shampooing.. We are also a unisex salon where the whole family—Mom, Dad, and Kids—gets their haircuts. We do not offer color or perms. Is this acceptable to you?
