Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including food preparation stations and seating areas.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Follow food safety standards and food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or coffee experience is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food preparation, and food handling protocols.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
