Logan Legacy Group, a sales and business consulting firm, is hiring an AT&T Team Member to help customers complete their AT&T Fiber enrollment and troubleshoot account problems. The AT&T Team Member will also conduct consultations and resolve questions about plan options.
As an AT&T Team Member, you will receive professional enrollment and training to explain how AT&T Fiber Internet provides strong, reliable Wi-Fi in every corner of the home. The AT&T Team Member will then engage with customers to determine their coverage needs, recommend the best Fiber plan, and facilitate enrollments.
Core Functions of the AT&T Team Member
- Lead AT&T Fiber Internet efforts by helping customers understand available options and help with any enrollment effort potentially needed.
- Represent AT&T by helping troubleshoot account issues and answer customer questions about products and services.
- Deliver clear, professional explanations of AT&T Fiber benefits to support informed and timely enrollment decisions.
- Build strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and support throughout the AT&T enrollment process.
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm satisfaction.
Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Team Member
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience is not required but customer support experience would help
Preferred Skills for the AT&T Team Member
- Basic understanding of residential internet and common customer usage needs.
- Willingness to learn and promote AT&T Fiber Internet plans.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
Pay: $45,672.39 - $55,003.30 per year
