Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team while overseeing daily operations.

Accounts Payable Supervisor will resolve escalated invoice issues, payment exceptions, and vendor concerns.

Monitor KPIs, reporting, and workflows to improve performance and efficiency.

Oversee PO invoice processing, three-way matching, and discrepancy resolution.

Partner with operations, procurement, and leadership to enhance AP processes.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and quality standards.

5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

Experience with large ERP systems in high-volume AP environments.

Construction, manufacturing, or other PO-driven industry experience preferred.

Proven success leading process improvements, system transitions, or operational changes.
