Novara Community Services LLC is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services throughout Florida.
We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our organization as Clinical Director / Licensed Clinical Supervisor.
This is a unique opportunity to become a founding member of our leadership team and play a vital role in building the clinical foundation of a growing behavioral health agency.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Executive Director, Medical Director, and executive leadership team to support the organization's clinical development, ensure quality services, mentor clinicians, and help expand behavioral health programs across Florida.
Position Summary
The Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership and guidance while supporting the continued growth of Novara Community Services.
This position is ideal for a licensed clinician who enjoys leadership, mentoring professionals, developing clinical programs, and helping build a behavioral healthcare organization from the ground up.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and professional consultation.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring licensed and non-licensed behavioral health professionals.
- Provide clinical supervision when permitted by Florida law and professional credentials.
- Review clinical documentation and support quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership and the Medical Director on organizational planning and clinical growth.
- Support compliance with Florida behavioral health regulations, Medicaid requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Participate in the development and expansion of behavioral health programs and services.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and compassionate care.
Minimum QualificationsRequired
- Active Florida license in good standing as one of the following:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Florida behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards.
Preferred
- Previous supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
- Experience working with Medicaid populations.
- Community behavioral health experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, qualifications, and leadership responsibilities.
