What You’ll Do:
Serve as the main point-of-contact for customers needing automotive service
Understand customer concerns and arrange appropriate repairs/services
Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians, keeping everyone on the same page
Set and manage expectations to ensure a smooth service experience
Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of experience at a dealership or large facility
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Strong technical knowledge & customer service skills
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and great communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced team environment
