We are a growing, multi-provider psychiatric and psychotherapy group practice located in Newport Beach. Our team is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals from diverse backgrounds. We are currently seeking a licensed psychologist to join our dynamic and supportive team, working alongside psychiatrist Dr. Estakhri.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy to a diverse patient population
- Utilize multiple therapy modalities based on patient needs
- Conduct psychological assessments and testing (psych testing experience is a plus)
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrist Dr. Estakhri and other clinicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR
- Participate in team meetings or case consultations as needed
Qualifications:
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program
- Active California psychologist license (required)
- Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred
- Knowledge of various therapy approaches and psychological testing
- Bilingual in Farsi is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
