Commercial Electrical Foreman Requirements:
- 2 + Years of Journeyman Level Experience in Commercial Electrical Construction required
- Foreman/Leadership Experience such as Supervising Electricians/Field Crews and Working w/ PMs, Clients, and Other Trades required
- Able to Read Blueprints/Specs, and electrical layouts required
- Journeyman License preferred
- Experience Managing schedules, Materials, and Jobsite Operations preferred
- Experience with Layout work, code calculations, and quality inspections preferred

Commercial Electrical Foreman Responsibilities:
- This role involves supervising electrical crews and managing commercial electrical construction projects
- Responsibilities include assigning work, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment, reviewing blueprints, monitoring job progress, communicating with project teams and customers, and helping keep projects on schedule
- Work may involve commercial new construction, renovations, tenant build-outs, and electrical installations including conduit, wiring, lighting, and power distribution systems in office buildings, warehouses, retail facilities, multifamily properties, and other commercial buildings
