Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of several apartment communities in Northwest Arkansas. This role includes assisting residents, overseeing leasing and rent collections, coordinating maintenance, and working with vendors. You will collaborate closely with ownership, maintenance staff, and our Turnover Lead to keep our communities running smoothly and ensure apartments are ready for new residents. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well, and enjoys helping people and solving problems.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of assigned apartment communities.
- Assist with leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Help monitor occupancy, rent payments, and resident balances.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure completion.
- Work with the Turnover Lead to prepare apartments for new residents.
- Visit properties regularly to identify maintenance and appearance needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to keep projects moving.
- Maintain resident files and property records in AppFolio.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, vendors, and ownership.
- Follow Fair Housing requirements and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multifamily property management experience is required.
- Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is helpful.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and adjusting priorities as needed.
- Dependable, proactive, and willing to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and vendor coordination is a plus.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
