A qualified Early Childhood Education Director to manage the day-to-day operations, establish and sustain a positive learning environment for our children. You will oversee the coordination of education programs that comply with local and federal regulations, ensure that the facility is maintained, manage and support staff.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of an Early Learning Center or nursery school, as well as strong leadership skills. You should display a friendly demeanor, have a love for children, and strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment for both children and teachers. Early childhood development experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related area: minimum 2-3-year experience in leading a childcare center or team of childcare professionals. Interpersonal skills
