Location: Auburn, WA (Hybrid with Local Client Travel Throughout Western Washington)
Compensation: $40/hr (starting) + Performance Incentives + Revenue Sharing
A consultant generating:
- $250,000 in annual billings could earn roughly $100,000 to $120,000.
- $400,000 in annual billings could earn $140,000 to $170,000.
- $600,000+ in annual billings could earn well into the $200,000+ range.

Position Summary:
New Era HR Solutions is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial HR Consulting Partner to help grow our expanding HR consulting practice. This role is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about partnering with business leaders, solving complex workforce challenges, and building long-term client relationships. As an HR Consulting Partner, you will provide strategic HR consulting services, support recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives, and play an active role in developing your own book of business. Unlike starting your own consulting firm, you'll have the backing of an established organization that provides the infrastructure, operational support, marketing support, technology, and resources needed to focus on delivering exceptional client service and growing your consulting practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants the autonomy, flexibility, and earning potential of consulting without the administrative burden of running a business.
What We're Looking For:
- Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Director, HR Consultant, or similar strategic HR role.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience advising business leaders on employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and performance management.
- Recruiting and talent acquisition experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and consulting skills.
- A self motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow a book of business.
- SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
