Kūlia Academy is seeking accomplished professionals to lead specialized enrichment programs for highly motivated middle school students.
We are interested in individuals who have developed expertise through professional practice, industry experience, coaching, military service, higher education, entrepreneurship, the arts, athletics, or skilled trades. Our goal is to provide students with opportunities to learn directly from accomplished practitioners and experts.

- Robotics & Engineering

- Entrepreneurship & Business
- Public Speaking & Debate
- Creative Writing & Journalism

- Music & Performing Arts
- Chess & Strategy Games

- Other specialized areas of expertise
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead engaging student programs
- Create hands-on, project-based learning experiences
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students
- Maintain high expectations for student participation and conduct
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates may possess one or more of the following:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Professional certification, licensure, trade qualification, or coaching credential
- Industry, military, entrepreneurial, artistic, athletic, or technical experience
- Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, training, or leading youth programs
- Demonstrated expertise in a specialized field
Schedule
Programs meet on school days from approximately 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM.
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on qualifications, experience, certifications, and program responsibilities.
