Resolve Diamondback is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our clinical team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping residents maintain their highest level of independence and quality of life.

- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Alternating weekends required
Position Summary
The Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and Therapy Director to carry out individualized restorative nursing programs designed to improve and maintain residents' functional abilities.
This role requires flexibility, as the selected candidate will also be expected to assist on the floor and perform Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties as needed to support resident care.
Responsibilities
- Implement restorative nursing programs as directed by the DON and Therapy Director.
- Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, range-of-motion exercises, positioning, and strengthening activities.
- Encourage residents to achieve and maintain their highest level of independence.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Document restorative services and resident progress accurately and timely.
- Assist with CNA responsibilities as needed to ensure quality resident care.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and state and federal regulations.
- Work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active AZ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills.
- Ability to perform the physical demands of resident care.
Preferred:
- Arizona Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
- Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) certification.
- Previous restorative nursing experience.
- 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
