What You'll Be Doing
- Work in the kitchen alongside the Executive Chef to ensure every dish meets SouthPort's high standards.
- Cooking on the line while keep a calm demeanor during busy services.
- Assisting with daily prep maintaining proper food costs.
- Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen while following all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Has previous chef or strong line cook experience.
- Leads with professionalism, positivity, and accountability.
- Stays calm and organized under pressure.
- Has excellent knife skills and strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
- Is dependable, hardworking, and passionate about hospitality.
Schedule - Full-Time
- Two days off each week
- Every Sunday off
