About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Floral Wellness Instructor to lead engaging floral and nature-based workshops for children, families, adults, and seniors.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people of all ages and believes in the positive impact that flowers, creativity, and community can have on people’s lives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in floral design or gardening is preferred.
- Experience in wellness or education is preferred.
- Reliable, friendly, and passionate about serving the community.
- Comfortable leading engaging, hands-on workshops for diverse age groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for and lead floral wellness workshops.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Assist with event setup and cleanup.
- Represent Bloom Today Foundation with professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm.
Training, workshop curriculum, and materials will be provided by Bloom Today Foundation.
Compensation
$80–$200 per workshop/event, based on responsibilities and experience.
As Bloom Today Foundation grows, instructors will have opportunities to lead more workshops, take on additional responsibilities, and increase their compensation.
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
