The Overnight Front Office Host delivers exceptional guest service while upholding overnight front office operations, including guest registration, service communication, and issue resolution. This role also completes all night audit functions, ensuring accurate end-of-day reporting and compliance with established procedures.
Ideal candidates are customer-focused professionals who can work independently, make sound decisions, and maintain strong attention to detail. Success in this role requires clear communication, professionalism under pressure, and the ability to resolve guest concerns while escalating issues when needed.
