Jackson Jet Center is accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for its Twin Falls FBO. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication and customer services skills; be willing to work weekends and occasional off-hours to support our operational needs; have a valid driver's license; and have a good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word and multi-line telephone systems. Preferred candidates will have experience in aviation or a related field such as high-end hospitality.
The CSR is the main points of contact for customers and crew using Jackson Jet Center. Employee provides assistance with various tasks including scheduling aircraft arrivals and departures, booking accommodations, working as a team with Line Service, and processing different payments, all while being the face of the company and demonstrating the highest degree of confidentiality. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can provide their own unique qualities while working in a fast-paced, friendly Business Aviation Environment. Must be comfortable working in upscale customer areas as well as a heavy maintenance environment. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
