Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative – Dr. Jen Oral Care
We are seeking a motivated and personable Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join the Dr. Jen Oral Care team. This role focuses scheduling CE Lunch and Learns for dental professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending dental conferences and networking events
- Booking and coordinating lunch-and-learn presentations
- Following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships
- Growing and expanding the customer base through outreach and relationship-building
- Supporting customer education around Dr. Jen Oral Care products
- Assisting with account growth and ongoing customer support
The ideal candidate is:
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
- Organized and self-motivated
- Interested in sales, healthcare, or the dental industry
- Willing to learn and grow within the company
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles, preferably within the dental professional industry.
- Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account oversight.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software likefor tracking sales activities and customer data.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Experience in product demos and presentations with dental professionals
- **Hourly wage + Commisions - hourly wage will depend experience.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license and car insurance
- Experienced roles: 1-2 years in sales
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Customer relationship management
- Time management
- Basic math and record-keeping
- Ability to meet sales targets -
- Problem-solving and objection handling
- Often requires travel 6 times a year to conferences
