Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and coordinating recruiting processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, onboarding procedures, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
- Manage performance management systems, conduct employee evaluations, and implement succession planning to support career growth and organizational stability.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and other employee benefits while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
- Develop and execute HR policies aligned with regulatory compliance management standards; handle confidential information with integrity.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Workday or Oracle HCM for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to inform strategic planning.
- Foster positive employee relations by resolving conflicts effectively, managing workplace investigations, and promoting a healthy organizational culture.
- Support project management initiatives related to organization design, change management, affirmative action planning, and workforce management strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department experience with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, talent management, and HR sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Taleo, Lever, or similar platforms; strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data analysis.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines and workers' compensation procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while fostering open dialogue across teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to develop strategic plans for organization design, workforce planning, and employee development aligned with company goals.
