Gym Director - Full-time
Tumbles is looking for a facility Director who is fun, friendly, and loves to work with young families. Do you want to have a blast at work each day by inspiring the smiles on dozens of young faces? Do you have a love for wellness and fitness? Do you want to give back to your community? If so, this job is for you! This leadership position means that YOU are the boss! You will be managing the daily operations staff while helping to grow the business. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
Tumbles is a growing kid’s fitness gym + STEAM franchise.
What we expect from our Director
- Learn about our curriculum and GREAT programs for young kids
- Able to train others and improve business performance
- Multi-tasker: ability to create a positive customer experience, manage staff, create schedules, and be the “face” of Tumbles
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to interact with new customers, educate and promote our services
- Proficient in computers - Word, Excel. Can learn new systems
- Social Media knowledge and proficiency is a plus
- Business Development and Sales skills
- Flexibility to work at least two weekends a month is a plus
Essential Job Functions:
- Background in exercise science / kinesiology, child development, fitness, gymnastics, cheer, sports or related fields, daycare, or business management.
- Customer service-oriented. Able to sell a program and manage customer feedback and expectations.
- Friendly, positive attitude - lot’s of high-5’s and fist-bumps will be given!
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task
- Has leadership qualities and willingness to help others
- Clean background check
- Not afraid to pick up the phone or walk over to nearby businesses to promote our program

Job Type: Full-time , 32-40hr/week, some weekends req'd
Start Date: Immediate hire (serious candidates only please)
Salary - Dependent on experience $19-$21 with bonus options for hitting performance gates
