IT Support Analyst (Managed Services)
MSP – Las Vegas, NV and Nashville, TN
We are a managed IT and cybersecurity provider that helps businesses stay secure, productive, and resilient. We’re looking for a technically capable IT Support Analyst who enjoys solving problems, working directly with clients, and continuously learning new technologies.
This mostly remote role supports small and mid-sized businesses across a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows infrastructure, networking, and cloud systems. Onsite visits to client sites as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows workstation and hardware issues
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 environments including users, licensing, and MFA
- Assist with Active Directory administration including user management and permissions
- Troubleshoot networking issues involving DNS, DHCP, wireless, routers, and VPNs
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments
- Configure and maintain backup solutions
- Assist with network infrastructure deployments such as firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless
- Document networks, systems, and troubleshooting steps
- Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term improvements
- Work on both support tickets and project work
- Communicate clearly with clients about issues, timelines, and solutions
- Research unfamiliar problems and see issues through to resolution
Technical Skills (Some combination of the following)
- Windows 11 troubleshooting
- PC hardware troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Active Directory management
- Group Policy basics
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Firewall/router configuration
- Wireless networking
- Backup solutions such as Veeam
- Windows Server administration
- Basic virtualization (Hyper-V / ESXi)
- Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS (a plus)

Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred)
Industry certifications such as:
- CompTIA A+
- Network+
- Security+
- CCNA
- Microsoft certifications
Equivalent hands-on experience or strong home lab experience is also valued.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
