What You'll Do as an Entry Level AT&T Assistant
- Speak with customers face-to-face to introduce AT&T wireless products, services, and current promotions.
- Build positive relationships through friendly, professional conversations that create a comfortable customer experience.
- Learn about each customer’s communication needs and recommend wireless plans, devices, and features that best fit their lifestyle.
- Explain products, pricing, and promotions in a clear, straightforward way while answering questions with confidence.
- Guide customers through new account enrollments, service activations, upgrades, and account changes.
- Accurately complete customer applications, documentation, and account information.
- Collaborate with your team to meet individual and company sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to expand your sales and product knowledge.
