What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in building our business and delivering exceptional service. You will:
- Learn the ins and outs of the logistics and freight industry
- Manage daily operations and customer interactions
- Develop creative solutions that improve experiences for both customers and carriers
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate rates and close deals
- Coordinate shipments using our cutting-edge logistics platform
- Handle calls, emails, and messages in a fast-paced sales environment
- Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Confidence in high-volume sales or customer service settings
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Sales or service industry experience is a plus—but not required
