As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you provide medication treatments and care to residents as prescribed and scheduled under discretion of the Charge Nurse and Nursing Supervisor. As a CMA you will assist the nurse in tasks delegated, such as scanning documents, faxing, and implementing new orders. CMA's are also responsible for covering the floor in absence of a Charge Nurse and supervise the work of the CNA's assuring that proper care is provided to residents. As well as performing CNA duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age

Must have completed and show evidence of an approved course of study as a Certified Medication Aide.

Must be able to respect privacy and confidentiality of any information accessed necessary to perform job requirements.
Shift: 3rd Shift
Status: Part Time (20-59 hours per pay period)

This position will be scheduled in 4-hour, 8-hour or 12-hour shifts. The 4-hour and 8-hour shifts are scheduled every other weekend and every other holiday. The 12-hr shifts are scheduled every third weekend and every other holiday. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate.
