Job Responsibilities:

Construct, install, and repair structures such as shelving, cabinetry, counters, doors, and fixtures

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on woodwork and structural components

Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications and project requirements

Repair damage to walls, flooring, trim, and other structural elements

Install and maintain display fixtures and store layouts as needed

Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and company policies

Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Coordinate with contractors for larger construction or renovation projects

Assist with general facility maintenance tasks as needed

High school diploma or equivalent required

2+ years of carpentry or related construction experience preferred

Knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
-
Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
