Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Fireplace Installation Helper. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in learning a skilled trade in the construction and home-improvement industry. No prior fireplace experience is required—on-the-job training is provided.
In this role, you will assist experienced installers with the installation of fireplaces and related accessories in residential and commercial settings. Duties include loading and unloading materials, helping with installations, trimming out fireplaces, and keeping work vehicles and job sites clean and organized. Some work will take place on roofs or elevated areas, so comfort with heights is important.
Basic familiarity with hand tools and simple carpentry or construction tasks is helpful but not required. You must be willing to learn, follow instructions, work safely, and comply with OSHA safety standards. The ideal candidate works well as part of a team, has a positive attitude, and is dependable.
A valid driver’s license is required. This position offers steady work, hands-on training, and the opportunity to grow into more advanced technical roles over time.
Pay & Growth:
$14–$18 per hour (based on experience), with overtime available
Opportunity for a pay increase after a 90-day performance review
