We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and friendly Bakery Team Member to join our growing bakery team!
We specialize in freshly made breads, pastries, börek, lahmacun, pide, desserts, and other traditional Turkish and Mediterranean favorites. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with dough, has an interest in learning traditional baking techniques, and is comfortable providing warm, welcoming customer service.
You do not need to be an expert in every product we make. We are looking for someone with a good foundation in working with dough, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and work with a variety of doughs and fillings
- Assist with daily production of lahmacun, and pide.
- Help shape, portion, roll, fill, and prepare dough and pastries
- Assist with our Turkish breakfast preparation and service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Package bakery products for customers
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Take customer orders and answer questions about our products
- Help keep the bakery running smoothly during busy periods
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general bakery duties
- Learn new recipes and techniques as we continue to expand our menu

Experience with Turkish, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or similar baked goods is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to work with dough, your willingness to learn, and your attitude.
Customer Service
This is a customer-facing position, so you should enjoy interacting with people.
Our customers come to us for more than just food—they come for the experience, hospitality, and connection. You'll help customers choose products, answer questions, package orders, and make sure they feel welcome when they visit.
Compensation
$16 –$20 per hour + tips
Actual earnings will depend on scheduled hours and tips.
Schedule
We are looking for someone with availability to work a flexible bakery schedule, including weekends.
Bakery production begins early, so morning availability is strongly preferred.
Hours and schedule will be discussed during the interview.
