Phase 1: Paid Mentorship (Weeks 1-4) Get comfortable with the equipment and regional routes alongside a professional mentor.
Pay: $650 per week (fixed salary).
Focus: Safety, ELD training, and regional navigation.
Phase 2: Transition to Solo (Week 5+) Graduate to your own assigned 2022+ Freightliner Cascadia. No slip-seating.
Pay: $0.55 CPM Base Rate.
Earnings: Average $1,300 $1,500 per week.
Bonuses: Monthly performance incentives ($0.04 $0.06 CPM).
Consistent Home Time: 12 days out, 2 full days home.

License: Valid Class A CDL.
Schooling: Minimum 120-hour certificate from an accredited CDL school (last 12 months).
Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
Clean Record: Must pass DOT drug screening (Urine/Hair Follicle), background check, and medical physical.
Communication: Fluent in English (DOT requirement).
