About the Position
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Work Location: In Person
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in a comfortable office environment. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with office operations, and learning our glass estimating and quoting software. Comprehensive training is provided during the first 90 days.

Responsibilities
- Organize office operations and assist team members to ensure efficient workflows
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create, update, and maintain accurate quotes and work orders
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Perform receptionist and front-office duties
- Provide outstanding customer service both in person, in email/text, and over the phone
- Handle payments and process transactions using a POS system
